Terms of Service

By using Zero2AI (@Zero2AI_bot on Telegram and zero2ai.dev), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The Service

Zero2AI is an AI-powered tool that generates freelance business content. Proposals, gig descriptions, cover letters, client emails, and similar documents. All via a Telegram bot. The service uses a credit-based payment system.

2. Credits & Payments

• New users receive 20 free credits upon signup
• Additional credits can be purchased via Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Prices are displayed in Naira (₦) and are subject to change with notice
• We are not responsible for failed transactions due to bank or card issues

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive to clients
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the bot or API
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as an automated service
• Use the service to spam platforms or violate their terms of service

4. AI-Generated Content

• Content is generated by AI models and may contain errors
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use
• We do not guarantee that content will win gigs or generate income
• You own the content you generate. We claim no rights to your outputs
• We may use anonymized usage patterns to improve the service

5. Referral Program

• Users earn 50 bonus credits for each successful referral
• Referred users also receive 50 bonus credits
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in credit reversal

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Remaining credits on terminated accounts are forfeited. You may request account deletion at any time by messaging the bot.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zero2AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost income, failed gig applications, platform bans, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the Telegram bot.
